The method

The method consists of one five-hour session during which smokers are guided through the process of stopping smoking using Allen Carr's Easyway method by a fully trained Allen Carr therapist. Regular smoking breaks are provided throughout the session until smokers reach the point where they are happy to smoke their final cigarette and discard their cigarettes and lighter forever. The session climaxes with a 20 minute light relaxation exercise which reinforces the main points of the session.


Most smokers need just this one five-hour session to become happy non-smokers for life. For the few that might require them, there are two separate back up sessions provided free of charge. The session costs 425 (VAT incl.).


The method works in the opposite way to the "willpower" method. It does not concentrate on the reasons the smoker should not smoke: the money, the slavery, the health risks and the stigma. Smokers know all that already. Instead we focus on why smokers continue to smoke in spite of the obvious disadvantages.


It is fear that keeps smokers hooked . Fear the smoker will have to give up their pleasure or crutch. Fear the smoker will be unable to enjoy life or handle stress. Fear the smoker will have to go through an awful trauma to get free. Fear the smoker will never get completely free from the craving.


We remove these fears!


Smokers quit with the Allen Carr method as happy non-smokers, not feeling deprived, but with a huge sense of relief and elation that they have finally achieved what they have always wanted:
